Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when necessary due to availability
Product images are for reference only and may not represent the exact final arrangement.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
Full payment is required at the time of purchase
Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Pandora Flowers does not store full payment card information. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery fees and availability are displayed at checkout
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
Pandora Flowers is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Recipient unavailability
Gated communities or restricted access without proper instructions
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
Store Pickup
Pickup orders are available at the location specified at checkout
Customers must wait for a pickup notification before arriving
Order confirmation and a valid ID may be required for pickup
5. Delivery Dates & Timing
Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or holidays. Same-day or scheduled delivery requests are subject to availability and operational conditions.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the arrangement. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Refunds or replacements are not issued for:
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
Delivery delays beyond our control
Natural variations in flowers or arrangements

7. Cancellations & Changes
