Refund Policy

At Pandora Flowers, each arrangement is handcrafted using fresh, high-quality flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the arrangement. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds or replacements are not issued for:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

• Delivery attempts when the recipient is unavailable to receive the order

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances

• Natural variations in flower types, colors, or bloom stages

We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value if certain flowers or materials are unavailable due to seasonal or supply conditions.
